Aldevron is looking for talented, dedicated people to join our growing organization. Our Biomanufacturing Operator Sponsorship program allows students to work part-time while receiving a full academic sponsorship to pay for tuition, fees, materials, books and more. The program is designed to provide either a one-year Bioscience Diploma or two-year Associate of Applied Science degree in Biology while gaining valuable experience in the industry.

Sponsorship Financial Details

Bioscience Diploma Sponsorship: Sponsored students will receive a full academic ride for the one-year program to cover tuition, fees, books/supplies.

Students may gain part-time employment with Aldevron throughout the academic year.

Participants in the scholarship program must sign a statement, committing to work for Aldevron for two years, once they have earned their certificate.

Biology A.S. Sponsorship: Sponsored students who complete the certificate may apply to continue their education for an additional year to receive an Associate’s Degree in Biology.

These students will receive a full academic ride for the two years of study.

Students may gain part-time employment with Aldevron throughout the academic year.

Participants in the scholarship program must sign a statement, committing to work for Aldevron for two years, once they have earned their degree.

Program Requirements:

• Applicants must be accepted or enrolled in programs listed above at a Minnesota State campus
• Participants must commit to working for Aldevron for 2 years after graduation, depending on the program (contract signature required)
• Participants must commit to working in Aldevron manufacturing during program (part-time or summer internship)
• Maintain and graduate with a GPA of 3.0
• Grades must be submitted to Aldevron at the end of each semester
