of Michigan Vector Core (UMVC). These include eukaryotic expression
vectors designed for clinical trials, reporter plasmids, cytokines,
adenoviral and retroviral plasmids. Sample genes include human and
mouse GM-CSF, IL-12, IL-10, IL-2, thymidine kinase and beta-galactosidase.
For your quick reference, expression plasmids are highlighted. Also,
many of the encoded genes are useful as immunomodulatory adjuvants.
These include IL-12, IL-2, IL-4, GM-CSF, and Flt3 ligand (Expert Rev.
Vaccines 1(1), 85-93, 2002)*.Several of the following constructs can
also be used to fuse your protein to an immunomodulatory sequence.
