Keleigh Pearson has joined Aldevron as its new corporate attorney. In her position, Pearson will serve as in-house legal counsel for business transactions including negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts, as well as an advisor for corporate governance and operations.
Pearson comes to Aldevron from Border States Electric Supply in Fargo, where she served eight years as in-house counsel, most recently as the senior in-house counsel for one of the largest wholesale electrical distributors in the United States. At Border States, she was responsible for developing the company’s legal department to mitigate risk and drive business support during a strong growth and expansion phase.
Prior to this role, Pearson served as a quality assurance, supplier diversity, and sustainability coordinator for Border States, where she audited internal processes relative to customer contracts and coordinated environmental sustainability and supplier diversity initiatives across company locations. She also worked at Integreon Managed Solutions as a project manager and legal associate, specializing in leading managed document review of e-discovery projects for large corporate clients, managing teams in the United States and abroad.
Pearson earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Boston University, earning a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University in Environmental Analysis and Policy in 2000, and a Master of Arts in Energy and Environmental Analysis the same year. Pearson earned her JD from the University of North Dakota Law School in 2005.
